NGOs and civil society organizations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have been using this open publishing Portal since 2002. Our mandate was to brush up its layout and graphic design, and to upgrade Drupal to the latest current version. Small photos and the scarcity of images were one of the most important constraints, since Internet connexions remain extremely slow in that country.
